Become a Trainer the Right Way – No Shortcuts.
At Industry Training QLD, we believe trainers should be developed properly with real support, real experience, and real guidance. That’s why our TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, delivered in partnership with SpecTraining (RTO 31971), is run face-to-face at our Townsville training facility.
Unlike many online programs where students are left on their own for months, our course ensures you are supported every step of the way by our experienced trainer in a structured classroom environment.
Face-to-Face Training – Learn directly from our experienced trainer in a professional training environment.
No Shortcuts – This course is delivered properly to ensure you gain the real skills required to train and assess.
Structured Workshops – Complete the majority of coursework during scheduled workshops rather than being left alone online.
Trainer Support – Our team works with you throughout the course to ensure you understand the VET system and training requirements.
Excellent Facilities – Train in a modern, professional training environment designed for vocational education.
Industry-Experienced Trainers – Learn from trainers who actually work in the industry and understand real training delivery.
